• For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.
• The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
• Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.
• A pallet service is required on larger items.
• The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
• When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
• Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.

Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process.

Yes. In the checkout, you will see the option to collect your order from our warehouse.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship items globally at the moment.

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £499 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the ‘Calculate Delivery’ form during the checkout process for more information.

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.

All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.

Next Working Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 16:00 for a Next Day service. Please note: For a Next Day Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 16:00. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 16:00. Please note UK Bank Holidays will impact Next Day service.

Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available on all locations or types of delivery.
